ABOUT ATTORNEY SCHLOTTERBACK

Mr. Schlotterback serves as the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Greenwich, CT office and brings a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is well-versed in state and municipal regulations, with in-depth knowledge of zoning ordinances, permitting, licensing, oil tank removal, soil remediation, discharge compliance, and backflow prevention. He has successfully represented buyers, sellers, financial institutions, and institutional lenders in both residential and commercial transactions and regularly advises clients on contract disputes, boundary issues, and landlord-tenant matters.

Mr. Schlotterback earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2009 and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. He is a member of both the Connecticut and New York State Bar.
