Baillie & Hershman P.C. Welcomes Attorney Ryan E. Schlotterback to Lead Greenwich Office
Mr. Schlotterback brings a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is well-versed in state and municipal regulations, with in-depth knowledge of zoning ordinances, permitting, licensing, oil tank removal, soil remediation, discharge compliance, and backflow prevention. He has successfully represented buyers, sellers, financial institutions, and institutional lenders in both residential and commercial transactions and regularly advises clients on contract disputes, boundary issues, and landlord-tenant matters.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Schlotterback is a Board Leader Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a board member of Children’s Day School, a nonprofit institution focused on early childhood education and development. He is also Cyber-Risk Oversight certified by Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Schlotterback earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2009 and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. He is a member of both the Connecticut and New York State Bar.
